The elevated trellis captures sunlight and airflow, enhancing fruit quality and flavour. Vines are hand-pruned, and all fruit is handpicked. They use no insecticide and only organically approved fungicide. The results of the labour of love are award-winning wines from a very healthy vineyard. The estate-grown selection of wines includes whites, reds, rose, sparkling and fortified.
