Pelican Point River Walk
Bulloo Area
About Pelican Point River Walk
Pelican Point River Walk is a sealed walking path accessible from multiple points including Explorers Caravan Park. Walk alongside the Bulloo River and appreciate the native flora and fauna. Birdlife is prolific early morning and late in the afternoons. As you near the bridges you will pass the old Cobb & Co Crossing before the path wraps back into town and onto the town loop past our historical attractions. Pelican Point is a lovely day recreational area. There are permanent recliners, barbecues and picnic tables making it the perfect spot to have lunch, you can throw a line in, then kick back and relax. Or, hire a Kayak from the caravan park and paddle along the river, this is a great way to spot wildlife.
