Ides is a restaurant and bar that distinctly embodies Melbourne's flavours and worldliness. Seating only 32 guests at a time, the intimate Dining Room presents a contemporary Australian menu. For the ultimate Ides experience, 'The Six' and 'The Twelve' are multi-course tasting menus with dishes served in succession, or harmoniously together. The 'Daily Menu' invites guests to create their own culinary journey selecting from an ever-evolving line-up of à la carte snacks and plates. Sunday is a day dedicated entirely to new ideas, with dishes appearing not long after they’ve been ideated.
