With a love for casual, fresh seafood, South Sailor offers lunch, dinner and everything in between. A fitting spot to settle back after a day on the sand and surf. The kitchen, led by Head Chef Graham Ette, prepares delicious seafood plates cooked to order, dand esigned to share. The menu is a combination of classic chip-shop fare and more worldly seafood flavours with an in-house Sushi and Poké Bar. All of the fish is responsibly sourced and sustainably caught, and South Sailor work closely with local suppliers to receive the best of the local prawns, oysters and fish from the south coast, Australia and New Zealand.
