About Padthaway Conservation Park
The Padthaway Conservation Park is ideal for birdwatchers. The park conserves a remnant block of native vegetation, which is dominated by South Australian blue gum, manna gum and stringybarks, making it a haven for native birdlife. Stroll along the walking trails, keep an eye out for orchids and marvel at the sights and sounds of birdlife or enjoy a picnic beneath the shade of the gums trees. You may even spot a koala enjoying its own picnic among the eucalypt branches.
