Celebrating stories of wine science through original music The Australian Wine Research Institute (AWRI) and Max Savage proudly present this unique evening of entertainment. The project brings seven decades of wine research to life through music, comedy and live performance. You don’t need to know about wine or science to enjoy the evening. The scientific papers in the AWRI library have been translated into catchy songs that anyone can enjoy. Join Max and the band as they weave stories of wine and science through a kaleidoscopic field blend of different musical genres, from spoilage-yeast-inspired mambos, volatile sesquiterpene rockabilly, and an indie-grunge homage to futuristic tractor automation and under-vine weed control.
