Twister Canyon descends into Rocky Creek Canyon and is the starting point if you're doing both canyons. If only doing Twister Canyon, plan for a 3-hour trip and a total walk in and out of 2 kilometres. Twister Canyon features slides into cold pools and has many jumps that can also be down-climbed.
