Outback Queensland's first craft distillery featuring gin, vodka, rum and liqueurs. Visit the cellar door, conveniently located on Roma’s doorstep. Take a flight through the spirits with a tasting paddle or satisfy your hunger with one of the signature grazing platters featuring many of Western Queensland's local ingredients. With large expanses of grass and a sandpit for the kids to play in, why not drop in and enjoy a drink, play some lawn games or relax in a beanbag and enjoy a cocktail under the outback skies.
