Kay Brothers, McLaren Vale's oldest family-owned winery, has been making wines that reflect the local terroir since 1892. Their wine is handcrafted using traditional methods and fruit from the vineyard our family has been nurturing from more than 130 years. Join former winemaker, Colin Kay, and his daughter Elspeth for a behind-the-scenes tour of their heritage-listed winery. Learn about their traditional winemaking methods using open brick fermenters built in the 1890s and our 1928 basket press. Taste wine from the barrel in their historic stone cellars.
