The Dancing Bear is also managed by Kristine Tarabine who has cracked the Top 100 Australian bartenders competing in Diageo's world class competition. Just a few popular cocktails include the "Smoked Old Fashioned" "White Passion Martini" and our best seller the "Yuzu Sour". All with their own quirks and experience.
