Tour includes mountain bike / e-mountain bike hire and a shuttle to the trail. 11 km adventure ride with a good variety of trails, suited to intermediate-level MTB riders. Trail starts at The Springs, on Mt Wellington. 720m above sea level. Finishes in South Hobart near Cascades Brewery. 550m of vertical elevation. Descending trails are connected by fire roads, expect some climbing in between descents. All the trails on our suggested route are sanctioned by Hobart City Council and have signage at the head of each trail. The connecting fire trails are also signed. Duration of the activity: including set up, shuttle to The Springs, minimum 2.5+ hours. Multiple options for adapting the route, alternative trails, and loops. After the ride, if further shuttles aren't an option, there are climbing trails.
